Question – Can I still rent a unit?

Answer – Of course you can!  Give us a call and we can lease you a unit over the phone or through our website and give you instant access in minutes. Contact-free rentals

Question – What if I really, really need to talk to a manager?

Answer – Our managers are still here for you and working the facility. The office door is just locked. Please give them a call or you can google text them or email them.

Question – What kind of payments are you taking?

Answer- We are accepting all forms of payment. We ask that if you need to drop it off, please use our secured mailbox or dropbox for checks and cash.

Question – Are you cleaning your facilities?

Answer- We are spending more time deep cleaning & sanitizing common areas regularly throughout the day. This includes door handles, keypads, restrooms, and other common areas. Remember, that storage is very private and, in most cases, you’ll never see anyone when heading to your unit. You should be able to access your unit and rent your unit gaining access immediately without physically interacting with anyone.

Question – Can I still gain access to my unit?

Answer – Yes! Access hours are still the same every day as posted on our website.

Question – I’m struggling to make ends meet. I just lost my job. What are my options?

Answer – Our managers will work with you! During this unprecedented period, we are being extra lenient on waiving late/lien fees and have postponed all unit auctions until May 31st. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office.

Please stay in touch and let us know if there’s anything we can help you with.

Sincerely,

Management
